Universal Hub is reporting that a local developer has filed plans with the Boston Planning and Development Agency to replace the old New Faith Missionary Baptist Church, across from Burke High School at 66 Geneva Ave. with a five-story, 50-unit condo building.
According the plans, three of the units will have three bedrooms and eight of the units will be sold as affordable. 17 parking spots are also included.
