New Trend Alert – replacing single families with condos.
South Boston’s Volnay Capital would like to replace a single family at 22 High Street in the Meetinghouse Hill neighborhood with 15 units with private decks and a roof deck. According to Universal Hub, another developer would like to replace another single family with 23 units across the street at the old Swan House at 29 High St
