Changes in the neighborhood
Boston Planning and Development Agency has approved a plan to develop a four story residential building and replace an existing three decker and a vacant lot.
Ubanica – the developer – proposes an approximately 20,500 square foot building, with 15 residential units with 9 parking, community space, accessory bike room, and other supportive spaces. According to the proposal, “the design is inspired by triple decker and bow front.”
The breakdown of units include (3)1-bedroom units and (12) 2-bedroom units. All 15 units will be deed-restricted affordable units. 8 units will be affordable to households earning not more than 80% AMI. 7 units will be affordable to households earning not more than 100% AMI.
