Over the weekend, there was a 6-alarm fire on Ellington Street. Twenty-nine residents have been displaced and need your help.
Universal Hub is reporting that City Councilor Brian Worrell and a local real-estate office are now collecting clothing, diapers, strollers, formula, shoes, and other essentials!
Donations can be dropped off at Worrell’s office – 5 Erie St. from noon to 6 p.m. on weekdays or at Thumbprint Realty located at 472A Washington St., 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
The Boston Project is also collecting money for the families here! Just select “Ellington Street Families – House Fire” on the dropdown menu on the page.
