BPD Missing Person Alert: The Boston Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in efforts to locate 15-year-old Jayla Santiago, of Dorchester.
Jayla was last seen at about 7:00 AM, on Friday, April 12, 2024, in the area of 206 Norwell Street. She is described as an Hispanic female, about 5’05”, approximately 150lbs, with black braided hair, and green/hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a puffy black jacket, and red and black checkered pants with a black purse. She currently attends the Tech Boston Academy (9 Peacevale Rd.) as a student and did not report to school that day.
The Boston Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in efforts to locate 16-year-old Joshua Echevarria, of Dorchester.
Joshua was last seen at about 5:00 AM, on Monday, April 15, 2024, in the area of 118 Lonsdale Street. He is described as an Hispanic male, about 5’08”, approximately 130lbs, thin build, with curly shoulder-length brown hair. He was last seen wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, red sweatpants, and a red ski mask.
He may be in the company of his girlfriend, 15-year-old Jayla Santiago, who was reported missing since Friday, April 12, 2024. The pair is likely traveling together and were last seen together on Sunday, April 14, 2024, in the area of Maverick MBTA station in East Boston.
