Well, here’s one for the “Did You Hear?” files. Turns out Jordon Hudson — yes, that Jordon Hudson, the former cheerleader reportedly dating Patriots legend Bill Belichick — has been busy doing more than just hanging out on the sidelines. According to Realtor.com, the 24-year-old has quietly built herself quite the real estate empire right here in the neighborhood, scooping up multi-family homes and stacking up a property portfolio said to be worth around $8 million. Not too shabby.
Records show Hudson started making her moves in December 2023 — just months after she was spotted with Belichick, though word is they’ve actually been connected for about a year and a half. She’s purchased at least three multi-family properties so far, all under different LLCs, but her name pops up as the borrower on the mortgage docs. So while the rest of us were trying to survive winter, Hudson was playing Monopoly in real life.
Hudson made her first big real estate move back in December, dropping a $1.2 million mortgage on a $2.2 million Dorchester home. The triple-decker home is already paying off — one of the units just hit the rental market for $5,000 a month, according to Realtor.com.
And she’s clearly put some work into the place. The listing highlights “beautiful” renovations, especially in the four-bedroom unit that’s now up for grabs.
On the same day she locked in the mortgage on her first Dot property, she also scooped up another townhouse conversion just down the road — this one for $2.3 million, with a matching $1.2 million mortgage to go with it.
Records show she technically grabbed the keys back in June 2023, about a month after it hit the market. Like her first spot, this place is a triple-decker setup — three units, each with four beds and two baths, and totally redone from top to bottom. “Renovated to the studs,” according to the original listing. This one is in the heart of Dot’s Polish Triangle. Each unit has its own private outdoor space, sky-high ceilings, and tons of natural light. Safe to say, she’s not cutting corners.
Just two weeks later, Hudson expanded beyond the neighborhood, dropping $3 million on a multi-family over in Roxbury Crossing. That’s three big buys in a matter of weeks — not bad for someone who used to spend her time on the sidelines.

Where is a 24 year old getting the money to buy and restore all these places? Hmmmm.
