A neighborhood vigil was held on Sunday evening for Dorchester resident Jose Williams, 67, who was killed while working at Fabian Gas Station on Saturday night .
According to BPD, officers responded to the sound of shots fired around 11:35pm on Saturday at 528 Washington Street. Boston police it is believed to have been an attempted robbery. Kevin Williams, 21 of Dorchester has been arrested and charged with assault with intent to murder, unlawful possession of a firearm and attempted robbery. He’s due in Dorchester District Court on Tuesday.
