New plans have been filed by local developer Joey Arcari with the Boston Planning and Development Agency to replace the Metamorphosis convenience store with a new development.
The new development located at 1153 Washington Street will include 24-units and 18 parking spaces. There will also be 1650 square feet of retail on the ground level.
