The BPDA is hosting a Public Meeting for the 2 Hillsboro Street project located in Dorchester. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application. The meeting will include a presentation followed by a Q&A and comments from the general public. The proposed project consists of 21 new residential units in a four-story building. All units will be affordable to households earning under 80% of AMI (11 units) and 100% of AMI (10 units). A preference for Boston-Certified Artists will apply to 18 of the units. The project contains a mix of studio, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units, serving a variety of household sizes. Watercolor for Beginners Workshop at The Local Hand

This is a watercolor painting workshop for beginners, where you can learn the basic steps and technical elements of using watercolors. No prior artistic training is required or expected.
