USS Constitution is scheduled to go underway from Charlestown Navy Yard on July 4th at 10:00 a.m in honor of Independence Day! USS Constitution’s cruise will be viewable from the Boston Harborwalk, Castle Island, and Charlestown Navy Yard. There will fire a 21-gun salute viewable from Fort Independence on Castle Island at approximately 11:30 a.m. While you’re out at Castle Island, you might as well get some lunch or ice cream at Sullivan’s! The turnaround will commemorate the 249th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

For the first time in Dorchester Little League history, the 12U All-Star team is heading to Cooperstown, New York, to compete in a prestigious tournament at the All-Star Village from August 17th-23rd. The team is hoping to raise $13,000 for this trip! Find out how you can help here!
Summer Run Series is Back!
Lace up those sneakers and participate in the Dorchester Running Club’s Summer Run Series! Every Thursday evening, run a 3-mile route or walk a 1.5 route followed by drinks and apps at some of Dorchester’s best spots. It’s a great way to get in shape and meet some new people!
