Carson Beach DCR Summer Nights
Boston Harbor Now is excited to kick off their FREE DCR Summer Nights at Carson Beach. This series is a great way for youths in the community to meet up, enjoy fun activities, and receive a free meal, all while enjoying Carson Beach.

Bird is the Word – Let’s do some birdwatching in the neighborhood!
Nothing thrills me more than hearing a cardinal out my window. Its cheerful singing draws me to the window to look around and spot the red bird in a tree. Think birdwatching is boring? Think again! And finding birds beyond a pigeon and a common sparrow just takes looking out your window or a walk around the block.
The Boston Public Library (Grove Hall Branch) makes birdwatching a snap with their BirdWatching Kit! The kit contains binoculars, maps (created by the Mass Audobon) and a field guide. You can also reserve a kit at these locations too!
