Mindful Mondays with Bluebikes
In recognition of National Wellness Month, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (“Blue Cross”) is sponsoring free Bluebikes Adventure Passes each Monday in August as part of its second annual “Mindful Mondays” initiative! Outdoor exercise, such as biking, and mindfulness techniques are known to dramatically improve mental health and reduce depression, anxiety, PTSD and other concerns. To take advantage of complimentary passes on “Mindful Mondays,” riders can download and open the Bluebikes app, select “Adventure Pass,” and enter the appropriate code. Get the details here!
Mayor Wu’s Neighborhood Movie Nights
The Boston Parks and Recreation Department’s ParkARTS program presents Mayor Wu’s Movie Nights in 11 City of Boston parks from Tuesday, August 2, through Thursday, September 1. Save the Date –Tuesday, August 16 watch the movie “Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings” at Ronan Park.
