Mayor Michelle Wu and the Boston Parks and Recreation Department will host the 2023 Neighborhood Coffee Hour Series in partnership with Dunkin’® in parks citywide from May 2 to June 21. Dorchester’s Coffee Hour will take place on Friday, May 12 at Doherty-Gibson Playground (Town Field) 1545 Dorchester Avenue, Dorchester.
Backyahd Run Club
Inspired by the Boston Marathon and want to get moving? Join the Backyahd Run Club launching this Saturday at 10am from Backyahd at 28 District Ave (South Bay). All paces, all faces – 3-5 miles (route depending). Whether you’re training for an upcoming race or looking to gain momentum in your running journey, this group run will provide insight, accountability, and support every Saturday morning.

The City of Boston Credit Union (CBCU) is hosting a children’s book drive throughout April in honor of the 10th anniversary of the Boston Marathon bombings and in the spirit of One Boston Day. You have until April 30th. You can get all the details here!
Live Irish Sessions at Lower Mills Tavern
