National Waffle Day
Listen up, waffle lovers! If you’re looking for an excuse to order some, it’s National Waffle Day on Tuesday! Local favorite McKenna’s features a Belgian Waffle w/ butter and syrup! You can also add banana nut, cranberry nut, banana, walnut, chocolate chip, strawberry, blueberry! They also have Chicken + Waffles with twelve crispy seasoned boneless chicken along with a Belgian waffle w/ 100% real maple syrup.
Movie night at Ronan Park
The City of Boston Parks + Recreation is hosting a movie night on Tuesday, August 24th at Ronan Park. Raya and the Last Dragon will be playing at dusk! Bring a blanket or beach chair! The series is sponsored by Bank of America and Xfinity, and hosted by Mayor Kim Janey and the Boston Parks and Recreation Department. Additional support is provided by the Mayor’s Office of Tourism, Sports, and Entertainment and media partner JAM’N 94.5.
