BFD responded to a call on Tuesday night around 7:30pm to a call for a fire at 15 Bruce Street in the basement. The fire quickly traveled up through the home and a 3rd alarm was ordered.
Firefighters were able to knock down the fire. Five adults, two children and three dogs were displaced. Sadly, one dog did not make it.
No injuries to report. Damages estimated at $600,000 plus.
