BFD are responding to a 3-alarm fire at 1333 Blue Hill Ave in Mattapan at 1:45pm. Heavy fire is showing on the top floor out multiple windows and on the roof. Thick black smoke is filling up the neighborhood as companies continue to battle the blaze.

This has been quite a week for fires in the neighborhood. There were two in Dorchester – a four-alarm on Oakley and a two-alarm on Fifield.
