The popular cookie chain Crumbl is now open in South Bay! Stop in to get a taste of the grand opening flavors, including peach pie, churro, peanut butter cup and triple chocolate chip. Underground Railroad History

Join a ranger from the National Parks of Boston for a discussion on Boston’s role in the Underground Railroad, featuring stories of freedom seekers and those who assisted them. The free event takes place on Friday from 11am to 12pm at the Lower Mills Branch of the Boston Public Library.

Thanksgiving Cookoff

Boston Firefighters will face off against Boston Police this weekend for a fun and friendly food competition to get in the Turkey Day spirit. Stop by Florian Hall on Saturday from 2pm to 6pm or Sunday from 12pm to 7pm for family-friendly fun, food competitions, and holiday celebrations. The event is free but proceeds help to support local community efforts including children’s literacy. Registration is required.

Historic Holiday Stroll

Boston’s popular Dickenson-themed Freedom Trail tours return starting this weekend on select Fridays and Saturdays until Dec. 30. Stroll through Boston’s history with a holiday twist complete with Christmas trees and festive lights. Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for children.
