Weekends are for egg sandwiches and Greenhills Bakery has their version called the Irish breakfast roll made with a fried egg, Irish sausage, Irish bacon, and black and white pudding on a freshly baked roll. Give it a try!

Boston Pride

Boston will be abuzz with activities this weekend in celebration of Boston Pride! There are a few celebrations in Dorchester too! Everything from parades to parties is included in our roundup here!

Do or Die

The Bruins face the Blues for Game 6 in the Stanley Cup Final on Sunday at 8pm.  The Blue now lead the series with a 3-2 lead.  It’s do or die for the Bruins!  Come on!  Let’s go! the Harp + Bard is a local favorite is a perfect spot to watch the game!  Delicious pizza, honey bbq wings and nachos are delicious additions to game watching. They also also has Keno so bonus!

Run for a Cause

On June 9th, run for girls’ rights and education! Komera believes that every girl around the world has the right to go to school and to believe that she can RUN THE WORLD! Let’s raise our voices and RUN for every girl who doesn’t have the chance to! Komera is thrilled to partner with Boston For All, a movement for an inclusive nation that supports immigrant rights and legal advocacy in Boston. Proceeds from the run this year will benefit both Komera and Redes en Acción Venezuela – a local organization helping Venezuelan refugees settling in the Boston area! We hope you will join us in this community collaboration to benefit both local and global causes! This event is completely FREE! For the month of June, Lucy’s American Tavern and The Bowery Bar are mixing up a cocktail to do good in the neighborhood!  Enjoy a Back to ACK Seltzer made with Triple 8 Blueberry Vodka, lemon, mint syrup and seltzer.  $2 from every cocktail will go to Colin’s Joy Project!
