Oyster Shell Ornament Making
Gather your friends and family for an evening of crafting and sipping at Break Rock Brewing Co. in Quincy on Friday from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Artists Cait and Jaden of Tides and Co. will guide guests through the step-by-step process of decoupaging oyster shells, adding hemp string hangers and putting finishing touches on with gold beads and pearls. Tickets are $32 and include all art materials and your first beverage! Each guest will leave with a beautiful handmade piece of holiday art to keep or give as a gift.

Holiday Special Drag Show
Don’t miss the Big Dinner Holiday Spectacular Drag Show this Friday at Dorchester Brewing Company for a fabulous night of drag, dining, and drinks! Hosted by Big Jahnelle and Big Atlas, the event takes place from 7:30pm to 9:30pm and will feature holly jolly performances from your favorite local Queens, with music from DJ Maxine. Winter Solstice Sound Bath
Join our friends at Open Doors Dorchester to welcome winter with a special slow flow and restorative yoga practice on Saturday from 6pm to 7:30pm. This 90 minute class hosted by instructors Amy, Carolyn and Courtney will also feature a restorative winter solstice sound bath. Tickets are $45.
Reggae and Soca Christmas Bash
The best monthly Caribbean Oldies party returns to Aspirers this weekend for the ultimate reggae and soca oldies party, a Christmas edition. The BIG PEOPLE TING Caribbean oldies party returns for a night of nostalgia, fun, non-stop dancing and good vibes on Saturday night from 10pm to 2am. Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 at the door.
Roxbury Winter Wonderland Event
The City of Boston’s Equity and Inclusion Cabinet is hosting the third annual Boston Gives Back: Winter Wonderland event. This inclusive, free, family-friendly event aims to highlight and celebrate the diversity that makes Boston unique by focusing on the winter holidays of Christmas, Hanukkah, and Kwanzaa. The celebration takes place from 12pm to 8:30pm at the Bruce C. Bolling Municipal Building in Roxbury and will include face painting, free toys, photos with Santa, food and other family fun activities. Advance registration is required for all guests.
