Van Shabu has closed its doors

After eight years in business, the sushi and ramen spot, Van Shabu has closed its doors.  According to the Dorchester Reporter, the family-owned restaurant near located at on Dot ave near Savin Hill Avenue has decided to close to Van Shabu to pursue another business venture at the Burlington Mall.

As of now, the Van Shabu location will remain empty for now with no immediate plans to lease to a new restaurant.
