Death investigation near 205 Adams Street
At about 11:03 PM on Friday, July 3, 2020, officers assigned to District C-11 (Dorchester) responded to a radio call for a person stabbed in the area of 205 Adams Street in Dorchester. On arrival, officers observed the adult male victim suffering from an apparent stab wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
The Boston Police Department is actively reviewing the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident and is asking anyone with information relative to this investigation to contact Boston Police Homicide Detectives at (617) 343-4470.

Death Investigation in the area of 42 Theodore Street
At about 10:30 PM on Friday, July 3, 2020, officers assigned to District B-3 (Mattapan) responded to a radio call for a fight in the area of 42 Theodore Street. On arrival, officers were unable to locate a victim, but witnesses stated that a fight had occurred and the parties involved had fled before police had arrived. While on scene, officers received information via BPD Operations that a victim had walked in to a local hospital. The victim suffered life-threatening injuries and was later pronounced.
