At about 2:14 PM, on Monday, October 31, 2022, officers assigned to the Citywide Drug Control Unit, made an onsite firearm arrest of two 15-year-old male juveniles and a 17-year-old male juvenile in the area of 155 Talbot Avenue in Dorchester.
While conducting surveillance in the area of the Joseph Lee School, officers arrested three juveniles as a result of an aggravated assault on another juvenile.
After further investigation and the recovery of a loaded firearm, officers arrested two of the juvenile males, ages 15 and 17 from Dorchester and charged them with; Delinquent to Wit: Assault and Battery by Means of a Dangerous Weapon (Shod Foot).
Also arrested was a 15-year-old juvenile male from West Roxbury, charged with Delinquent to Wit: Assault and Battery by Means of a Dangerous Weapon (Shod Foot), Delinquent to Wit: Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and Delinquent to Wit: Unlawful Possession of Ammunition. The firearm was determined to be a 9mm with thirteen rounds in the magazine.
All three suspects are expected to be arraigned in Dorchester District Court.
