Empower Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has officially opened its doors! Offering Sport/Self Defense training for men, women, and children of all skill levels. Youth programs- Empower specializes in teaching self defense that helps develop motor skills and brain function while focusing on respect, discipline, and confidence. Boston Survivors, Thrivers, and Friends Event
The stars are aligned! Ginger the Movie is coming to Boston! Tickets are now on sale for the Boston debut that you will not want to miss. Meet the directors and masterminds behind the film, make new friends, and get support from the community, all in one evening!
