Nothing better than getting together with friends for a few cocktails on Thanksgiving Eve! Who cares if you’re hungover for Thanksgiving dinner! Night guy doesn’t care about day guy! Here are some Thanksgiving Eve happenings in Dot.

It’s all about the 90’s at dbar on Thanksgiving Eve! Enjoy a 90’s music dance celebration with DJ Jay Ine!  Come early for dinner and drinks, stick around for some dancing!

The Bowery Bar will have live music beginning at 5pm with Fil Pacino followed by Rob Pagnano.

224 Boston will be open for dinner and drinks beginning at 5pm the night before Thanksgiving. On Friday night there will be live music with Steve Rondo playing from 9pm-11pm.

Landmark is kicking it old school with live music featuring Tom Baker and the Troublemakers beginning at 9pm.

We can’t think of anything more opposite of turkey than tacos and margaritas! Head to Yellow Door for some on Thanksgiving Eve!

Baby it’s cold outside! Head to the cozy Lower Mills Tavern and warm up with The Irish made with Irish whiskey, maple liqueur, cinnamon simple, hot coffee; topped with chocolate whipped cream & dash of salt or the Weller Brown Derby cocktail made with: W.L. Weller Special Reserve bourbon, grapefruit, honey+, and bitters. There’s also a Burger and Beer special – coffee-rubbed 8 oz Angus beef patty,with grilled apple slices, swiss cheese, rosemary aioli on a pretzel bun paired with a Thanksgiving Ale by Mayflower Brewing Company for $18!

Speaking of old school…Dance, dance, dance! Revisit the good old days and enjoy Southie DJ legend Dru Errico as he spins the tunes at Seapoint in Southie on Wednesday night beginning at 8pm. Plan on dancing the night away to such local favorites like Happy Radio and Young Hearts Run Free! No cover charge. Plenty of parking! It will be worth having a hangover on Thanksgiving!
