It’s amazing to us that no one ad executive didn’t stop and think, “Hmmm…maybe this could be offensive to some people”…..say an entire neighborhood!
This TD Bank ad began circulating on twitter on Wednesday. “When you’re downtown, but your debit card’s somewhere in Dorchester.”
Yikes! According to boston.com, after pushback and complaits, TD Garden took down the ad and apologized.
