Sweet Teez Bakery Finds a Sweet Spot in Dot Block – Now Open!

Dorchester just got a little sweeter! After years of building a loyal following with custom cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, and pies, Sweet Teez Bakery has officially opened the doors to its first brick-and-mortar location at Dot Block on Dorchester Avenue.
Owned by Dorchester native Teresa Thompson Maynard, Sweet Teez began in 2016 with a mission to create delicious, completely nut-free baked goods after growing up with food allergies herself. Since then, the bakery has become a go-to for beautiful custom cakes and desserts for birthdays, weddings, and special occasions.
The new café gives customers a chance to stop in for coffee, tea, grab-and-go treats, and ready-made cakes—something fans have been waiting for. Check out the menu here.
Congratulations to Teresa and the entire Sweet Teez team on this sweet new chapter!
