Summer’s the perfect time to ditch your gym membership and get your sweat on outside. Check out these ways to get your workout on al fresco.

Dorchester Running Club Summer Run Series

Join DRC Thursday evenings at 7:00pm as they hit up our local bars and restaurants for a three mile run or walk followed by social hour together. Check out their website or find them on Facebook for the most up to date schedule!

The Boston Parks Fitness Series

Totally free, fun, and the perfect excuse to get outside and explore your city. Check out the full schedule here.

Mondays
Strength Training -6:00 pm – Town Field

Tuesdays
Bootcamp – ​6:00 pm – ​Elmhurst Park

Wednesdays
​Line Dancing – 6:30 pm – Franklin Park (Near Golf Clubhouse)

Saturdays
