Community Alert: BPD Release Images of Suspect Wanted in Connection to Armed Robbery of Dorchester Convenience Store: The Boston Police Department is releasing images of a suspect wanted in connection to an armed robbery of a convenience store in Dorchester and asking for the public’s help in an effort to identify the individual seen in the photos. The facts and circumstances relative to the incident are as follows: At about 11:36 PM, on Wednesday, January 10, 2018, two suspects entered and robbed Rosario Grocery at 760 Washington Street in Dorchester. During the incident, the male suspect pictured is seen pointing a firearm at one of the store employees while the second suspect walked around the counter and emptied the cash register. Upon exiting the store, both suspects were seen running along Ashmont Street towards Dorchester Avenue.
The Boston Police Department is actively reviewing the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident. Anyone with information relative to the suspect’s identity is asked to call detectives assigned to District C-11 at (617) 343-4335.
