Executive Chef of Lower Mills Tavern, Chef Cara Nance has opened Stalk Kitchen a vegan, whole foods establishment that will serve everything in compostable, biodegradable containers. Stalk is open for delivery and take out – offering a seasonal, rotating menu. Chef Nance describes the mission of stalk kitchen “to provide healthy, plant-based food options in hopes that people will fall in love with vegetables – exposing your body to a plan forward diet has been scientifically proven to help heal both your body and mind.” Take out and delivery will be available via Lower Mills Tavern. Delivery available through Uber eats, Caviar and Doordash. See the opening menu here!
