Evidently Thursday morning was a bit of a nightmare on the Red Line.
Delays up to thirty minutes during the rush hour commute.

Apparently mechanical issues at JFK/UMass station were causing all the delays. Eventually the Red Line got back on track but not before riders were frustrated and late for work.
