The Boston Globe is reporting that state regulators have granted a provisional license for Pure Oasis – which will be the first recreational cannabis shop in the city of Boston.
The new license is also the first granted to a member of the state’s economic empowerment program which helps people from communities disproportionately harmed by pot criminalization.
It’s expected that the new shop located at 430 Blue Hill Ave. in Grove Hall could be open within five months.
