Much too large
Universal Hub is reporting that the Zoning Board of Appeal rejected a proposal for a four-story, nine-unit condo building at 9 Downer Ct. on Tuesday.
Initially, the developer had proposed a 12-unit building, but then reduced it to 9 after nearby residents and neighborhood associations voiced their opposition. Residents had hoped the building proposal would be reduced to 6 units.
Bottom line, board members agreed with the residents stating the proposed building was just too large for the dead-end street lined with much smaller buildings.
Looks like it’s back to the drawing board!
