On Friday morning at approximately 8:45am, The MBTA reported a person was hit by a train at Fields Corner and was stuck underneath the train.

BFD technical rescue team was able to remove the person, who was conscious and alert and taken to an area hospital.
Commuters were bused between JFK Station and Ashmont until a little after 9am.
