Universal Hub is reporting that the Zoning Board of Appeal approved plans to turn a half of former dentist’s office on Neponset Ave. near Minot into an ice-cream shop! The new shop will be called Lazy Bear.
The other half of the office will be potentially be a yoga studio. It’s all about balance, right?
