Looks like a new four-story building could be replacing the Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church at 500 Talbot Ave at Argyle Street. JPA Development Co. has proposed transforming the parcel with a five-story, 40-unit residential building ground-floor space for both a business and a smaller church. There would also be 23 parking spots in an underground garage. 5 of the units will be affordable.
On Tuesday, October 2 at 6:30pm the Boston Planning and Development Agency will host a community meeting about the project proposed at 500 Talbot Avenue. The meeting will take place at All Saints Church, 209 Ashmont St.
