It’s official! A new four-story building will be replacing the Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church at 500 Talbot Ave at Argyle Street. The proposal by JPA Development Co. to transform the parcel with a five-story, 40-unit residential building ground-floor space for both a business and a smaller church has officially been approved by the BPDA. There would also be 23 parking spots in an underground garage. 5 of the units will be affordable.
