National Pop Warner Champs, Dorchester Eagles to be celebrated at UMass Boston
On Saturday, the Dorchester Eagles will be honored at the UMass Boston Beacons’ basketball game at 3pm.
Back in December, the Dorchester Eagles 14-and-under football team won the Division 1 national championship in the Pop Warner Super Bowl tournament at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida! This makes the Eagles the first Boston team to win a national title in any age or weight category in 37 years!
A victory parade was held for them about a month ago, and this event at UMass Boston will continue the much-deserved celebration!
