Universal Hub is reporting that Shawn Nelson, 43, of Dorchester, was back at it once again at another neighborhood coffee hour hosted by Mayor Wu.
On Friday, at a playground in Readville, Nelson focused on City Councilor-at-Large Ruthzee Louijeune of Hyde Park. Evidently he was yelling at her about Covid, while holding a sign that read “You will never silence us.”
When Nelson got a little too close to the councilor, BPD officers ensured her safety by keeping him back.
On Wednesday, Nelson was arrested for resisting arrest, disturbing the peace, and using a bullhorn during a coffee hour at Ronan Park.
The next neighborhood coffee hour will be in South Boston on Monday at Medal of Honor Park. We’re guessing there will be plenty of BPD in attendance….just in case.
