After a very successful summer, DotArt has recently announced some new programming for autumn. DotArt’s new lead teacher, Annette McCarty, will lead a series of Saturday Studio classes for kids, tweens, and teens out of our Walter Baker space in Lower Mills this fall.
Fall Fundraiser
Dot Art is also delighted to share that community partner Michaela Flatley, owner of The Local Hand in Ashmont, will be hosting a fundraiser for DotArt on Friday, September 20th, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Tickets are $80 and will include drinks, dinner from Tavolo, and a visit to the Moonlit Dreams public art installation outside the Ashmont MBTA plaza. A percentage of all proceeds from purchases at The Local Hand that evening will help support DotArt programming. You can buy tickets here.
Volunteer
DotArt is seeking parent and community volunteers and are also recruiting members to join our advisory board. If you have grant-making experience, financial know-how, event planning skills, real estate savvy, or other ideas for ways you can continue to support programming, DotArt would love to work with you. Feel free to drop a note at [email protected] with your thoughts.
