Full Moon Flow
Savin Hill Fitness is hosting a full moon flow and meditation class on Saturday, September 14th, from 7 – 8:15pm celebrating the Harvest Moon. This 60 minute Vinyasa Flow followed by a 15 minute guided meditation will incorporate light journaling and help welcome the transition from summer to fall with a focus on embracing change.
Class will be outside on their beautiful terrace with a sunset view, and ending with the full moon as a perfect backdrop. Bring a light sweatshirt/sweater if the weather turns cool. Journaling tools will be supplied, but feel free to bring your own notebook and/or pen.
