Lots of changes for Adams Village
On Tuesday, the ZBA approved the plans for Greenhills Bakery, located at 780 Adams Street, to replace the building with a new building with a larger bakery and nine condos.
According to Universal Hub, the new bakery will be 2000 square feet, with a 1200 square foot kitchen in the bakery. The condos will range between 627 and 861 square feet. There will be no new parking added. Which, according to Universal Hub, caused some issues.
