Have you always wanted to learn how to crochet? Well, this is the workshop for you!
The Local Hand, an adorable gift shop and gallery, is hosting a Crochet 101 – Granny Squares workshop on Saturday at 3pm!
In this 3-hour class, Paulina will introduce you to the art of crocheting by making classic granny squares.
Why granny squares? For starters, they’re fun to make and are a recent fashion trend. But more importantly, they’re a perfect beginner’s crochet project. No granny-level experience is necessary!
Your workshop ticket includes:
– All basic crochet supplies, including a set of crochet hooks, a selection of yard, and stitch markers
– 3 hours of hands-on instruction in a small group
– Printed beginner’s friendly granny square pattern, yours to keep.
– Tea and cookies!
This class is suitable for adults and teenagers. Space is limited to 4 people.
All workshop participants will receive 10% off any retail purchases made on the day of the class. Cost is $80.
