At about 1:24 PM on Wednesday July 14, 2021, officers assigned to the District C-6 (South Boston) Drug Control Unit arrested four suspects following an investigation in the area of Atkinson Street near the Southampton Street Shelter in Boston. Officers arrested Odanis Brea, 22, of Dorchester, Jamie Carrion, 23, of Dorchester, Jalen Phillips-Young, 28, of Boston and Aninha Tirado, 29, of Fall River after recovering a total of 23 bags of fentanyl, 18 bags of crack cocaine and 14 bags of powdered cocaine packaged for sale along with $1,234 in U.S. Currency during their investigation.
All parties will appear in Roxbury District Court for arraignment. Odanis Brea and Jamie Carrion will be charged with Trafficking Class A Drugs and Possession with Intent to Distribute Class A Drugs while Jalen Phillips-Young and Aninha Tirado will be charged with Trafficking Class B Drugs and Distribution of Class B Drugs.
