Boston Fire is reporting a fire at 5 Tovar Street – a three family occupied buildin. Fire showing in the rear – all three floors. A second alarm was called but fire was quickly knocked down. Due to heavy smoke, one resident was trapped on third floor and had to be rescued by firefighters.
Damages are estimated at $300,000. Fire investigators on scene to determine the cause of the fire. 11 residents have been displaced.
