BFD responded to call around 9:50am on Tuesday for smoke showing at a 2-family home located at 31 Nazing Street. According to the BFD, fire in the basement traveled up the walls to the second floor. A second alarm was promptly ordered.
Fire was eventually knocked down. Detail companies are remaining to check on hot spots. Damages are estimated around $300,000. Nine residents have been displaced. No injuries reported. BFD Fire Investigation Unit is on scene.
