BFD responded to a fire at 24 York Street around 7:15pm on Friday. The started on the second floor of the three-family building and extending to the third floor.
Fire eventually knocked down. No injuries to report. Eight adults and six children displaced by the fire. American Red Cross is assisting in helping to find housing. Damages are estimated at $75,000. BFD – Fire Investigation Unit working to determine the cause of the fire.
