BFD responded to a call shortly before 6pm on Tuesday to 157 Glenway Street in Dorchester. Fire was discovered in the rear of the building. One person was transported with burns. All other residents were safely evacuated.
Fire was eventually knocked down. BFD-Fire Investigation Unit will investigate cause of the fire. Estimated damages at $125,000.
There were two other fires in the neighborhood over the weekend. One on Roach Street and the second on Fuller Street.
