A fire broke out around 4am on Saturday morning at 12 Drayton Ave. A second alarm was ordered and all four adults inside of the home made it out safely. One firefighter was inured. Estimated damages is $150,000. Due to freezing conditions, the street will have to treated before they can reopen.
