The owner of 97 Mt. Ida Rd. has been battling with the City of Boston for over a decade and it looks like is going to continue even longer. The city wants to tear down the dilapidated and rat infested building but James Dickey isn’t going down without a fight. According to Universal Hub, Dickey – who lives in Sudbury – has paid $505 to appeal his case.
