At about 11:40 PM, on Saturday, January 11, 2025, officers assigned to the Drug Control Unit of District B-2 (Roxbury) and District C-6 (South Boston) arrested Parrish Jones, 58, of Dorchester, on various drug offenses.
Officers were conducting an ongoing drug investigation and execution of search warrants in the area of 31 Roseland Street. As a result of the search warrants, officers recovered 38 plastic bags of Crack Cocaine (50 Grams), a large plastic bag of Marijuana, approximately 700 packages of illegally possessed unstamped menthol cigarettes, drug paraphernalia, and $2,074 in U.S. Currency.
Jones was placed under arrest and charged with Trafficking of Class B, Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B, Possession with Intent to Distribute Class D, and Possession and Sale of Unstamped Cigarettes. He is expected to be arraigned in Dorchester District Court.
